Another Happy Client!!
Thank you @DJKhaled for your kind and sincere words. It was my pleasure to sell your beautiful waterfront home. The world 🌎 is changing rapidly everyday. With this "new" normal, social distancing, zoom meetings, online school and virtual home tours, things have gone from 0 to 💯 real quick (little bit of Drake humor there). Quality of life is now more important than ever before.
With the uncertainty of going back to the way things were, people are beginning to change their mindsets. Nobody wants to spend their days cooped up in an office or small spaces. People are beginning to realize they would rather live in a waterfront home, where the sun shines all year long, instead of a densley populated high-rise (trapped in the snow half the year). Miami is becoming the top destination for celebrities, professional athletes, singers, artists, CEOs, financial professionals, and anyone that realizes they can work from home just as efficiently (if not more) as opposed to in an office. I specialize in luxury real estate here in Miami and the South Florida area, a space that is truly taking off for home owners.
I have been helping buyers and sellers for over 20 years. I've watched this amazing city grow & develop into the power house it has become today. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the current real estate market and how it has changed massively within such a short amount of time.
